What are ReCompounds?

ReCompounds (Recycled Compounds) are special reprocessed products that incorporate post-industrial recyclates from the plastics industry. Their quality is elevated to almost the level of virgin material through the addition of reinforcing agents, stabilizers, and other additives. As a result, ReCompounds are compelling not only for their high quality but also for the cost and CO2 savings they offer compared to virgin materials. The plastics processing industry is currently focused on the use and processing of sustainable products and the careful handling of valuable, limited raw materials. PENTAC’s ReCompounds fully meet customers’ ecological and economic requirements.

PENTAC Polymer offers a broad range of sustainable and environmentally friendly products in the field of ReCompounds. The ReCompounds are based on valuable post-industrial recyclates as base polymers, such as PA-6, PA-6.6, PA-6.6+6, PPA, PA-6.6+PPA, PA-6+ABS, PA-6+PP, and PA-6.6+PP. Through the addition of glass fiber reinforcements, stabilizations, and the targeted use of additives, their quality characteristics are greatly enhanced, achieving properties of top-quality goods.
