In order to guarantee consistently high quality for the high-quality technical products, strict incoming and outgoing goods inspections are carried out, ongoing production is monitored and complete documentation is ensured. Tool test certificates according to EN 10204 3.1, permanent supplier evaluation and regular customer audits are also a matter of course.
Last but not least, a permanent staff with many years of professional experience guarantees compliance with the consistent quality, environmental and energy policy of PENTAC Polymer GmbH.
All work processes are based on the QS guidelines (ISO 9001 / TS 16949). Through an integrated management system of ISO 9001:2015 | ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 50001:2018, we not only consider quality according to standardized standards, but also the environment and the careful use of energy sources. This is constantly monitored by TÜV Hessen.
